Questions & Answers

Everything
you asked.

Parking, pets, check-in, groups, and what's actually within walking distance. If your question isn't here, the Kasa listing has the rest.

Is there parking at The Eighteen?

Yes. The Eighteen has on-site parking, reserved through the Virtual Front Desk after you book. In Five Points, where street parking is scarce, having a dedicated spot is one of the building's biggest practical advantages.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, one dog per unit. Shelby Park and the riverside Greenway are a short walk for the morning route, and much of the neighborhood is dog friendly.

Is The Eighteen a hotel?

No. It is a building of eleven full furnished apartments with hotel-style service. Every unit has a real kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and space to work. There is no lobby or front desk: check-in is self-service and guest support is available 24/7 by text.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Self check-in from 4 PM, completely contactless, with instructions sent before arrival. Checkout is 11 AM. Early check-in can sometimes be arranged on request.

How do I book, and who operates the building?

Booking runs through Kasa, the professional hospitality operator that manages the building. You can check availability and rates on the Kasa listing for The Eighteen.

Can I book the entire building?

Yes. Eleven units makes whole-floor and whole-building buyouts practical for touring bands and crews, film and TV productions, wedding parties, and corporate retreats. There is van and trailer parking out back. Group stays are arranged through Kasa Groups.

What unit types are available?

Four layouts: a one bedroom with a king; a two bedroom with a king and a queen; a two bedroom penthouse on the top floor; and a two bedroom with bunks that sleeps a larger group. Every unit has a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.

How far is The Eighteen from downtown Nashville?

About five minutes by car or rideshare. Nissan Stadium is on the same side of the river and walkable. Nashville International Airport (BNA) is roughly seven miles away.

What is there to do within walking distance?

Attaboy, one of the most acclaimed cocktail bars in the country, is in the building next door at 8 McFerrin. Mas Tacos Por Favor is on the same street. The 5 Spot and The Basement East host live music most nights. Five Points Pizza, The Pharmacy, Lockeland Table, and Butcher & Bee are all a short walk.

Is East Nashville a good area to stay in?

It is the creative center of the city, often compared to Williamsburg or Bushwick in Brooklyn. Five Points is dense and walkable, with independent restaurants, bars, record stores, and music venues. Downtown Broadway is five minutes away when you want it, and quiet when you do not.

Do you offer long-term or monthly stays?

Yes. Weekly and monthly rates are available through Kasa. Full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and workspace make the building a common choice for relocations, traveling medical professionals, and extended work trips.

Is there a coffee shop in the building?

A neighborhood coffee shop is coming to the ground floor. The name and opening date have not been announced yet; sign up for the Dispatch newsletter to hear first.
