The Story

New building.
Old neighborhood.
Best corner of both.

The Eighteen is a purpose-built boutique apartment building at the corner of McFerrin and Main, on the walking line between Five Points and downtown, in Historic Edgefield, the Victorian streetcar-suburb that became Nashville's creative engine.

Eleven units, no two-hundred-room anonymity. Every apartment has a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and space to actually live. Built for a weekend, a tour stop, or a season. The rooftop deck looks straight at the downtown skyline. The lot out back means reserved parking in a neighborhood where parking is folklore.

Day-to-day operations run on Kasa's professional hospitality platform: self check-in, virtual front desk, and 24/7 guest support by text. The building stays quiet, safe, and consistently 4.4-star reviewed across 642 stays.
