Ground Floor · In the works

Something's

A neighborhood coffee shop is planned for the ground floor. The name and opening date have not been announced. It’s something to look forward to—not an operating amenity to plan your stay around.

Sign up for the Dispatch below for opening updates. Until then, explore our neighborhood guide for places to eat and drink nearby.
